Registration of Drug Technology Transfer

In order to standardize the registration of drug technology transfer, ensure drug safety, effectiveness and quality, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) formulates and issues Provisions for Registration of Drug Technology Transfer according to the Provisions for Drug Registration. 

The provisions consisted of 5 chapters with 26 items go into effect on August 19, 2009. The former regulations on drug technology transfer are abrogated on the same date.
