State Key Supervised Medical Devices Lists

In order to enhance the suspension on medical devices production, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) revised the State Key Supervised Medical Devices Lists (2009 Edition). Recently, SFDA issued the notice and required the food and drug regulatory departments at province level strengthening the supervision on production of medical devices in the lists according to the Provisions on Regular Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices Production.

The notice emphasized that the State Key Supervised Medical Devices Lists (2009 Edition) should be instead of all the previous documents on key supervised medical devices production issued by SFDA.
